The scope of an aerodynBlade license comprises the following elements:

• Production documents for the rotor blade (laminate plan, specifications)
• Production information for the master plug and the main mould
• Supervision of the construction of the prototype by our specialists
• Supervision and analysis of the static blade test
• A-Design Assessment issued in the name of the licensee
• Regular supervision and support in all questions relating to the series production during the contract period

The rotor blade family is available for power classes 1.5 MW to 5 MW. Experience from more than 50 different rotor blade developments is reflected in the design of the blades which are suited for use in different types of wind turbines and environmental conditions. All rotor blade models for TC3 and TC2 have an A-Design Assessment issued by Germanischer Lloyd (GL). On request, customer-specific optimization of the blade structure is possible.

A great number of successful static blade tests confirm the capability of the rotor blades which 14 international licensees already trust in.
